What should I do if my BTA1000 or BTA1500 speaker volume is too low or high?

On the Gateway 300 and 500, the default volume level may be adjusted on your  BTA 1000 or 1500 device via a USB flash drive:

  1. Download the correct file from the downloads section (based on the volume change you require) to your computer.
  2. Extract and copy the file (GW_CFG.bin)  to the root of a USB flash drive and then connect it to the Gateway 300/500.
  3. The file will be recognized automatically and the new volume set. It is not necessary to disconnect iPod or stop playback. Configuration file will be deleted by Gateway after its execution.
