Dension ’Live chat’ support

On 1st April 2011 Dension’s on line Live chat service was launched. This real time, fully interactive service will offer customers who want to interface handheld devices such as Smartphones, iPods, iPhones and USB music storage into their cars, answers to the exact questions they want to ask.

Most customers start with, ’Can I play my iPod/iPhone through my car stereo?’, and here at Dension the answer is ’Yes, you can!’. However with literally hundreds of variations of vehicle, and a similar number of possible devices to plug into the car, establishing the right product, the text capability, how the phone works, will the phone work and so on, can be a bit of a minefield.

From now on our friendly and experienced colleagues will guide you through this process, just like in a real car or phone accessory store. You can simply contact them while walking among our virtual shelves.
