Dension Distributor Conference 2011 WTCC 2011, Monza

"Yesterday, for the very first time in my life, I had the chance to see a real, live WTCC racing. From 13th to 15th of May Dension had a distributor conference in Milano and as the part of the conference we decided to entertain our partners by cheering for Norbert Michelisz in Monza!"

By the time arrived to the „Autodromo” the athmosphere was already hot. Everybody was ready for the start, everything was prepared by that time and, despite it was not easy at all, finally we could find the only opened staircase and we got up on the roof.

I could have never imagined how exciting it could be to see the box from inside and meet the whole team including technicians, team assistants and managers, friends etc. right before the race. The air was vibrating and I could not stay quite either: I had to cheer and hope for Norbi.

Norbi did very well on Saturday and could start from the 4th position today. The ladies from Dension sales and marketing department decided to sit right in front of the so called „shike” and succeded to take a huge amount of photos right in the hottest moments of the 1st event.

And of course Norbi did well again!

Unfortunately the 2nd event was not so succesfull. I wanted to take some photos in the box about Norbi’s arrival so I decided to leave the tribune after the 3rd lap. Right at the moment I stood up Norbi was the THIRD!!! Yes, he started from the 7th position and became 3rd by the 3rd lap!

By the time I arrived into the box Norbi had fallen back to the 7th position and than he finished the event there. The whole team was shocked and there were a deep silence in the box… Later he told us one of the competitors crashed his car.Then he was not able to get back to the impressive 3rd position any more…

Is was very touching to see the big loving hugs and hear the compassionate words of the friends, the Zengő-Dension Team and the family (practically there’s not such a big difference between them :) ) in the box when Norbi arrived."
